If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your BareSole purchase, please return items within 21 days of receipt for exchange only or in-store credit. Shoes and other merchandise must NOT have been worn. Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Exchanges are accepted through the mail or at our BareSole store.

* Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
* Gift Certificates are non-refundable

To return by mail:
1) Package the items along with a copy of original receipt or invoice securely. You may use original box for return shipment.
2) We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. BareSole is not responsible for lost returns.
